MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Gamelines Archery Club is dedicated to archery and bow hunting. We stress safety, education, good sportsmanship, friendship, and family fun.

Gamelines operates a private mountain field range of the finest quality. There are excelsior backstops covered with ethafoam and faced with foam or burlap targets. These targets range at unmarked distances from 7 to 60 yards. Life-sized foam silhouettes of game animals are strategically placed throughout the field range. Life sized 3-D animal targets are set in life-like settings, completing the shooting challenge of Gamelines Archery. The 3-D and silhouettes targets have minimal, if any, exposed backstops. Additionally \, the range sports a practice range, broadhead range sight=in range, pit blind, tree stand/platform, and running target. The setting is wooded on steep mountainous terrain designed to stimulate the hunting experience. The outdoor range is member-patrolled facility. Each member is issued a yearly Range Pass which must be worn visibly at all times when using the facility.

The practice range lies at the entrance of the field range and only field points can be used here and on the field range (the use of broadheads in these two areas can terminate your membership). The broadhead range is located farther up the access road and there you can sight in your bow and broadheads at marked distances up to 70 yards. Crossbows, alcohol, pets and smoking are not allowed on the range.

Gamelines is a non-profit organization regulated by its members who elect a President, three (3) Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, and Board of Directors annually. There are two regular meetings a year: winter (Club business and elections), and a summer picnic and fun shoot. A winter league is conducted at a local indoor archery facility and runs one night a week for 10 weeks. Membership allows full year round access to the outdoor range and no daily fees, except during the invitational shoot. A non-shooting adult or adult member must accompany youth memberships (under 18 years old). Members receive four newsletters each year to keep them informed of important dates, shoots, and events, which may interest them.

Gamelines Archery Club maintains membership in the Colorado State Archery Association and the National Field Archery Association (CFAA/NFAA) through whom we purchase insurance. Gamelines encourages all members to join and maintain CSAA/NFAA membership as well.

Gamelines Archery Club also supports Colorado Bow hunters Association (CBA).

All Gamelines Archery Club officials and board members are non-paid volunteers

A $75.00 Initiation Fee is included in the pricing.  By participating in the annual work day or other approved work activity, the subsequent year's fee will be reduced by $50.
