I (We) hereby apply for membership to Gamelines Archery Club, a nonprofit
Colorado Corporation. I (We) will receive a copy of the Club Bylaws, Rules and
Regulations which I (We) will abide by. I (We) am of sound moral character and as a
member (s) will always strive for safety and good sportsmanship in archery and
bowhunting. I (We) realize that membership in the club is a privilege and that abuse
of any rules or club bylaws will result in suspension or expulsion. I (We) will also sign
and send in an Insurance Waiver before I shoot at the range.
